Looking for a great herbal postpartum bath soak? This is a great one! You can make enough for a few baths or for just one. You would brew this like hot tea FIRST, strain it, and then add it to your bath. You can also put this in your peri bottle to use as a rinse.

🌿 Happy Birth Support Week 🌿

There is something so sacred about being invited into the beginning of life.
To witness a woman crossing a threshold.
To hold space in moments that are powerful, vulnerable, and real.

Birth support is not just help.
It is presence.
It is advocacy.
It is grounding.
It is reminding a woman of her strength.

I am so deeply grateful for this work and for every family who has trusted me to walk alongside them in such an intimate time. Truly, it is an honor I never take lightly.

If you are expecting and feeling the call for support, guidance, and a steady, calm presence by your side, I would love to connect with you. 🌹

Upcoming Openings

Take a look at our Mother’s Tea topics for the beginning of 2026!

Mother’s Teas are a beautiful way to connect with a supportive community focused on well-being through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. Each gathering features trusted community educators and leaders who genuinely care about women and their families and love sharing their knowledge here at TruLiving Birth Center.

Come for the learning, stay for the connection! Light refreshments are served, and all are welcome. We’d love to see you there! ❤️

Easy Holiday + Mom Life Tips You Can Actually Use

Here are some simple, sanity-saving tips for moms during the holidays, pregnancy, or just everyday life with kids the stuff that actually makes your day run smoother.

Keep a little “holiday basket” by the door with scissors, tape, gift tags, pens, and whatever else you always end up searching for at the worst moment. Take one tiny “memory snapshot” a day not a picture, just a quick moment to breathe and notice something sweet. It makes everything feel a little less chaotic.

Plan just one festive thing a week. Kids don’t need a packed calendar they want routine, warmth, and something to look forward to. Make yourself a small comfort kit to carry around with you if you’re pregnant or just busy: lotion, water, a snack. A few little things can save you a lot of stress.

Say no without apologizing. Protecting your energy is a real skill. Use the 15-minute rule too, rest for fifteen minutes before you leave the house and it resets everything.

Give kids two choices whenever you can. Red cup or blue cup, boots or sneakers. It calms so much drama. Turn clean-up into a game with a timer and keep a quiet bag in your car for waiting rooms or restaurants coloring book, fidgets, snacks, done.

Pick your top three priorities every day: one home thing, one work thing, one soul thing. That’s it. If all three get done, you win the day. Prep clothes and breakfast the night before, and use the “two-minute rule” if it takes less than two minutes, just do it now. It keeps things from piling up.

Small things, big difference.
