Started 2022 with a program I can’t seem to love.

I am most definitely a morning workout person. But not when traveling early. 🤪
Today was an early-ish flight home from FL and a massive headache, so did a few things around the house, some grocery shopping, and then the workout. Much needed sweat sesh.

Yesterday was a muddy mess, so today begins with Christmas trex Jammie’s as my workout attire and some 21 day fix extreme plyo. Gotta change up the workout routine from time to time. The work wasn’t really doing it for me. 🤓
