This season’s motto: nourish VS neglect!

Here is how to keep your skin hydrated and happy this time of year:

⟶ Switch to a hydrating cleanser. Less stripping and more hydration will protect your skin barrier.
⟶ Add a hydrating serum. Think of an hyaluronic acid like Alastin’s HA Immerse or SkinMedica HA5 HydraCollagen.
⟶ Don’t ditch the SPF. Just because the sun is hiding, doesn’t mean that damaging UV rays aren’t there.
⟶ Lock in the moisture with a barrier rich moisturizer. Light lotions simply just won’t do the job now.
