What I Do
I help clients reach their wellness goals through online coaching. Together we set up weekly video or phone sessions to set goals that are important to you. Though my powerful coaching software program, you will receive daily reminders of actions that were agreed upon and set during our coaching sessions. You will be building new daily habits that will propel you towards your goals! You will also receive custom workouts, yoga sessions, recipes, meditations, inspirations or anything else needed to help you along your journey. All this sent to you via text or email and accessed through just a click on your smartphone, tablet or computer. And at any time you can log on to your own personal online account with me to see progress through charts and actions plans that have been set during our weekly sessions. With my program, you have constant contact with me and I am able to see your daily progress, even before our weekly meetings! This allows me to give you gentle nudges during the week if needed to keep you motivated and help you realize your goals!
