Congratulations on your 100th class at Twist! 🥳
Here’s what Kathy said to say:

“Thanks for recognizing my 100th class! 

I am an avid hiker, runner, athlete who always considered yoga as something that wouldn’t give me that high intensity boost I’m always seeking. 

What I realized I was missing was the mindfulness, presence, community of practice and attention to detail in all the areas of my body that were screaming for attention. A turning point that I will never leave behind again. 

My journey at twist has brought me to tears more than once and provided the compass of needing to be centered in all things.
