13 years…can you believe that is how long I’ve been in practice?

It’s still hot out but can you feel it? The season is changing. Though temps are still high, the sun is hitting a little different and it is less intense. Fall will be here soon with it’s cooler and drier weather.

With that, here’s your friendly reminder to eat with the seasons. Start swapping your salads and smoothies for soups and stews.

Here’s one of my favorites: Filipino Chicken Tinola - chicken cooked in a ginger based broth with veggies such as chayote & carrot.
