✨ Today kicks off Direct Support Professional (DSP) Week! ✨
At Home of Guiding Hands, our DSPs are the heart of everything we do, bringing joy, comfort, and smiles to the individuals we serve every single day. 💙

👉 But what is a DSP?
DSPs (Direct Support Professionals) are the dedicated caregivers who work side-by-side with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They help with daily living skills, community outings, personal goals, and most importantly building independence and confidence.

This week, we’re celebrating their compassion, patience, and unwavering commitment. HGH would not be the same without them! 🌟
