My TOP 5 Tips when dieting!
AND #5 needs to be said.
If you choose to “diet” like actually diet, it’s because YOU CHOSE TOO.
So do you! Less whining about it, and more doing 🏆
If you’re finding that being uncomfortable in your diet phase is not working for you, maybe look at 2 things before you throw in the towel.
- Is your deficit too high? Resulting in binging / intense cravings?
- How long have you been doing this?
Those 2 factors may need some fine tuning.
If you feel overwhelmed, or unsure if you’re doing the “diet” thing correctly… HIRE A COACH!
Doing it properly will give you the knowledge and more then likely get you to your goal in the most efficient way.
Plus, you can complain to them about dieting lol (but not your friends and family! Leave them out of it 😉)
