Grief can touch every area of our lives—emotionally, mentally, and physically. Some days it feels heavy and obvious, while other days it shows up more quietly through exhaustion, irritability, disconnection, or difficulty finding motivation. This week, we’re continuing the conversation by creating space to better understand grief and learn healthy, compassionate ways to navigate it with support instead of isolation.

Join Araceli tomorrow at 6pm for another session in this four-week grief series designed to help you better understand your experience with loss. Together, you’ll explore how grief can impact you emotionally, mentally, and physically while also learning practical coping tools and how to recognize when additional support may be helpful.

Here’s what others have shared:

“I finally felt like I could process things I didn’t have words for before.”

“It helped me understand that what I’m feeling is normal—and that I’m not alone.”

“I left feeling seen, supported, and a little more at peace.”

Condemnation has a way of shaping the stories we tell ourselves—making us feel stuck in cycles of guilt, shame, and discouragement. But freedom begins when we learn to recognize those thoughts, replace them with truth, and intentionally renew our minds with grace. This week, we’re continuing the conversation by exploring practical ways to challenge condemning thinking and build healthier thought patterns rooted in truth instead of shame.

Tomorrow at 6pm, David will be leading another session centered on overcoming condemnation through both biblical truth and practical mental health tools. Each week builds on the last as part of a four-week journey examining how condemnation affects our thoughts, emotions, physical well-being, and spiritual lives—while also equipping you with tools you can apply in everyday situations.

Here’s what others have shared:

“The discussions helped me recognize patterns I didn’t even realize I was stuck in—and gave me a way forward.”

“I walked away feeling lighter, but also equipped with real tools I could use immediately.”

“It’s rare to find a space that feels both spiritually grounding and practically helpful. This has been that.”

Condemnation can quietly influence the way we think about ourselves—keeping us weighed down by guilt, shame, and negative thought patterns. But healing starts when we begin replacing those lies with truth and learning how to renew our minds in healthy, intentional ways. Grief can affect every part of us in ways we don’t always recognize right away. It can show up through exhaustion, unexpected emotions, difficulty concentrating, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself and others. This week, we’re creating space to slow down, pay attention to those experiences, and learn gentle, healthy ways to navigate them instead of carrying them alone.

Condemnation has a way of quietly shaping our identity—keeping us stuck in shame, self-doubt, and patterns that feel impossible to break. But freedom begins when we start recognizing those lies for what they are and intentionally renewing our minds with truth. Grief doesn’t always show up the way we expect it to. Sometimes it’s obvious, but other times it’s in the small things—how your body feels, the thoughts that come out of nowhere, or moments that feel heavier than they should. This week, we’re taking time to notice those experiences and learn how to respond to them with care instead of brushing them aside.

Join Araceli tomorrow at 6pm to gently explore your experience with grief in this four-week series. Together, you’ll take a closer look at how loss can affect you both emotionally and physically, while learning practical ways to cope and recognize when you might need extra support.

Here’s what others have shared:

Condemnation doesn’t just affect how we feel—it shapes the way we think and respond to everyday situations, often without us even realizing it. This week, we’re focusing on how to actively break those cycles by learning how to replace condemning thoughts with truth. It’s a practical step forward—moving from awareness into actually practicing a new way of thinking that leads to lasting freedom.

Tomorrow at 6pm, David will be leading another session focused on breaking free from condemnation by combining biblical truth with practical mental health tools. Each week is part of a four-week journey looking at how condemnation impacts our thoughts, emotions, bodies, and spiritual walk—while giving you tools you can actually use in everyday life.

Here’s what others have shared:

Grief isn’t something you “get over”—it’s something you learn to move through. And often, it shows up in ways we don’t expect: in our bodies, in our thoughts, and in the quiet moments we can’t quite explain. This week, we’re focusing on how to better understand those responses and create space for them, instead of pushing them aside.

Join Araceli tomorrow at 5pm to gently explore your experience with grief in this four-week series. Together, you’ll take a closer look at how loss can affect you both emotionally and physically, while learning practical ways to cope and recognize when you might need extra support.

Condemnation doesn’t always sound loud—it often shows up as quiet habits of self-doubt, pressure, or feeling like you have to earn your worth. This week, we’re building on that awareness by learning how to interrupt those automatic responses and replace them with truth that actually sticks. It’s not just about recognizing the pattern, but practicing a new way of thinking that leads to real freedom over time.
