I’m here to guide you on your path to self-discovery, healing, and self-empowerment through the powerful practice of yoga nidra.

Melaminah is a certified yoga teacher, belly dance instructor, Reiki Master and shamanic healer. Melaminah's passion is to help others discover and enhance Body Wisdom: the innate language our body uses to communicate what we need at any given moment. Through dance, yoga, and shamanic techniques, she guides others to cultivate a deeper understanding of this language to promote healing and wellness holistically in the body, mind, and spirit.

Stunning birthday sunrise, kick ass workout, and 2-hour massage courtesy of my wonderful husband (The foot reflexology was game changing!!) 🦶💕

Not to mention a whole bunch of birthday wishes from loved ones.

Some much-needed "me" time has been great! And now looking forward to celebrating with my mans and other friends!

I only know highlights of what's to come - he likes to keep some things a surprise! 😍
