Men's Group with Alexander Kugler

Thursdays, 12:00 - 1:00pm
begins April 4th!

Maybe you've been on the spiritual path for a long time and recognize the need for psychological support. Maybe you've been doing therapy and want support that includes more spiritual understanding and skill. Now that you're wanting to more fully inhabit your gifts, to feel dignified, powerful, and fully expressed in your work, to free yourself up from psychological scars, ancestral burdens, and harmful isolation, we can get to work and build the psycho-spiritual architecture necessary for you to thrive in this world.

Saying yes to men's work, to learning to be vulnerable with other men, to showing up for another weekly commitment can all feel very intimidating.

I want you to know that this is normal, welcome and fundamental to the reason we gather in men’s groups.

Often times, men discover for the first time what it’s like to have intimate and vulnerable connections with other men. Once having stepped into this new way of relating, men learn the cost that this absence of intimate male relationships has had on so many aspects of their lives. Then they turn to living more fully.

So let's do this men. Let's gather and train and forge the metal of our souls that we may live upright, alive and wildly authentic.

** Tuesdays Group -> FULL
This group has been meeting for 2.5 years with rotating membership

** Wednesday Group 3:00-4:45 PST
8 spots total
Begins January 17th

Nuts & Bolts for both groups:
- For all self-identified men (that includes trans-men)
- 12 meeting commitment (continues ad infinitum)
- All groups meet weekly on Zoom
- $100 per session, paid at the beginning of each month
- Limit of 8 participants per group
- Includes a yearly in-person ceremonial retreat in Northern California
