Hormonal imbalances aren't just about your period.

They affect everything from your mood and energy to skin, fertility, metabolism and long term health.

When you go to the doctor with anxiety, weight gain, period cramps or PCOS, you're often met with recommendation for bandaid medications (birth control pills, weight loss medications, SSRI antidepressants, etc) - but these don't address the root cause of the issue.

Feeling off but can't put your finger on why? it may be time to look at your hormones.

In a perfect world, our estrogen and progesterone work in harmony, fluctuate throughout the month, and keep each other in balance supporting the body.

However, lifestyle and environment tend to influence and push these hormones off kilter making it hard for the body to maintain. The good news? We can do a lot to support this balance!

⬆️ estrogen and ⬇️ progesterone is so, so common and is always something I look for when women are concerned with irregular cycle, trouble conceiving, or strange monthly symptoms.

And yes(!), even with "normal" lab work. If you know me, you know this is one of my favorite topics to dig into🤓
