Mr. Schultz came to Grace Pointe after being hospitalized due to cardiac concerns. He was determined to leave without any assistance. After a few weeks of hard work with therapy, he discharged fully independent. Mr. Shultz was a pleasure to have in therapy gym. Best of Luck 🍀
