But seriously, without the vacuity of space, the emptiness of nothing, the vastness of the void, our bodies wouldn’t survive. We need these cavities to space out joints, force water through the tissues like a hydraulic system, and to provide the necessary cushion to absorb impact.

More space means more volume, more room to compress and expand, means more joint stacking, more weight, means more GAINS= MORE POWER!!!
