NEW SESSION!! LITTLE LISTENERS
An Interactive Sound Bath (Ages 2–4)
30 Minute Discovery Session

Held the 2nd Monday of each month at 4pm
(Next Session March 9, 4:00pm)

This gentle, playful sound experience is designed especially for our youngest explorers and their caregivers.

Children will be lovingly introduced to a variety of soothing instruments—such as singing bowls, chimes, and soft percussion—through listening, watching, and simple interaction.

After exploring the sounds together, little ones will be guided into a short, calming 10-minute sound bath.

Children are welcome to experience the sounds in whatever way feels most natural to them—sitting, moving, stretching, or laying down with their stuffed animals—while being held in a relaxed, supportive environment.

This experience supports sensory development, emotional regulation, and curiosity, while offering a moment of calm connection for both children and caregivers.

No prior experience is needed—just come as you are and let sound do the rest.

Each child is invited to bring their favorite stuffed animal for comfort and fun! Parents/Guardians will remain with their child during the session, creating a safe and nurturing space for all.

$35 investment - for 1 child + 1 parent or legal guardian Additional children are $25 - Select the add on feature when you register. (*You MUST be the parent or legal guardian of any additional children added. You may not add children that you do not have parental or legal guardianship for.*)

WHAT IS RAINDROP TECHNIQUE + HOW DOES IT WORK?

THE PURPOSE OF RAINDROP TECHNIQUE is to stimulate every organ, muscle, and bone of the body at a cellular level through the oils, supporting the immune system, bringing the body back into structural/electrical balance, and enabling the release of toxins or diseases wherever they may be lodged-including those illnesses lodged in the mind and emotions. Raindrop Technique is a non-secular art and science.

Today's world is filled with health threats. Increased exposure to toxins, poor quality and nutrient deficient foods, high stress and little exercise are all part of our modern lifestyle. The result is a rapidly growing number of wide-ranging health problems that affect every aspect of our health. In the end, our health is out of balance.

Fortunately, nature has provided a solution that has been used for centuries all over the world - essential oils. Extracted from a wide variety of plants and botanicals, essential oils are the essence of the plant and contain various active compounds with an astounding capability to positively affect the body and mind. Most noticeable by their aroma, essential oils can be used to effect change within the body for numerous benefits. There are a number of application techniques involving essential oils. One of these is a specific technique utilized to help address the common "imbalances" in today's modern world. This technique is called the Raindrop Technique.

Raindrop Technique is based on traditional methods used by the Lakota Indian, Swedish Massage and the Tibetan practice of Vita Flex. It involves using the amazing power of therapeutic grade essential oils (which are dispersed in small, rain-like drops above the inner auric field, about six inches above the body) mixed with a variety of techniques using Vita Flex and heat application.

This method is designed to bring the body back into overall alignment. Often, many spinal problems and misalignments are caused by or exacerbated by toxins exposed within the spinal column. The use of essential oils helps to minimize exposure within the spine, helping its structure and function return to normal. Essential oils used in this technique also support the nervous system and promote healthy tissue.
