We begin the evening with a warm cup of spiced herbal tea as we reflect on the shifting of the seasons and what that invites us to release and call in next!

As soothing tones begin to gently play, you are invited to set your intentions with the energies of balance + renewal as you surrender into a restorative Sound Bath with quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, + more!
