Something NEW is unfolding at Zen Lotus Healing✨
We are SO SO excited to introduce Yoga Nidra & Restorative Yoga sessions—intentionally designed to guide you into deep rest, nervous system reset, and gentle reconnection.
Yoga Nidra, often translated as “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice experienced while lying comfortably at rest. In this state of conscious deep relaxation, the mind quiets, the heart softens, and the body is invited into profound stillness. It is within this sacred space that deeper awareness unfolds—offering insight, clarity, and a gentle return to the wisdom of your body, mind, and heart.
Restorative Yoga is a slow, supportive practice that uses props to fully support the body in gentle, accessible postures held for extended periods of time. This allows the nervous system to downshift, the muscles to release, and the body to enter a state of true restoration. With an emphasis on ease and effortlessness, the practice creates space for deep relaxation, healing, and balance—meeting you exactly where you are.
Beginning in May, these nourishing experiences will be offered throughout the week… including Saturdays and Sundays 🤍
Led by Lisa Ruiz, DC (Doctor of Chiropractic) 20+ years, Anusara Certified Yoga Instructor, Clearlight Certified Yoga Nidra Instructor, each session invites you to slow down, soften, and receive—exactly as you are.
To support you in stepping into this practice, we are offering several Introductory Yoga Nidra Workshops—a gentle exploration into the benefits, purpose, and experience of yogic sleep, followed by a guided session to fully receive its depth.
The first Introductory Workshop will be held on May 2!
