🌊 NAWIC Pacific Southwest Fall Conference – San Diego 2025 🌞
What a weekend of connection, learning, and inspiration in beautiful San Diego!
The NAWIC Pacific Southwest Region Fall Conference brought together chapters from across the region to educate, empower, and elevate women in construction and our El Paso Chapter proudly showed up to represent!
From sunrise walks along the harbor to powerful breakout sessions, the event offered:

🔹 Networking with industry leaders and sister chapters
🔹 Insightful discussions on advocacy, inclusion, and innovation in construction
🔹 Recognition of our dedicated PSW Region Presidents who continue to lead with purpose
