Our El Paso County Master Gardener Association is beyond proud to announce that our very own MG Enrique Perez has been awarded 3rd Place "Outstanding Individual in the Dogwood Category" of Texas master gardener associations (medium sized association). Hardworking Enrique performs many of the following tasks for our association: committee chair of the xeriscape garden at AgriLife Research Center; organizes and helps instruct in the El Paso Community College Gardening Classes; helps with gardening public outreach at a senior facility; conducts home irrigation system training. Wow! Is there anything Enrique is not involved in? Enrique, congratulations on a well deserved recognition!

Eligibility Requirements
Women interested in applying for a scholarship from the Women’s Fund of El Paso must meet the following eligibility requirements:
-A woman living in the El Paso County
-Must have post high school credit hours
-Attending a university/college/technical school within El Paso -County pursuing one of the following:
-Job training
-Technical or vocational certification
-Associate's or bachelor's degree
-Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
*Renewals must reapply in order to be considered*
**Note: Applicants interested in a Master's or Ph.D. program are not eligible to apply.**
