One family, two sisters, and Ft. Jackson CID. The oldest sister dealt with CID's misconduct, falsely accused, spoliation of evidence, cover-up, noble cause corruption, against her father; which caused her to have anxiety and depression. A friend of my oldest daughter decided to to tell a lie, so her family wouldn't get in trouble for giving alcohol to underage minors and adults under 21;giving underage minors and adults under 21 can get you kicked out of military housing; and for the sponsor, well, they could get an Article 15, Court Martial, or whatever they want to do. So my husband paid the price of being falsely accused, of an Article 120, of my oldest daughter (16 y/o). My husband was removed from our home for 120 days; and the only person that he was not allowed to have contact with was my oldest daughter, but he could have contact with the three younger children in the house. 18 months of pure hell, my husband had no Article 120 Court-Martial, or Chapter 14, or Article 15. CID played psychological warfare on my 16 y/o daughter.

The youngest sister was r**ed by her adopted brother, on Ft. Jackson; DoD, DoJ, and CID lack any ability to conduct any sexual misconduct cases. The same male CID SA that investigated my oldest daughter, was the same CID SA who showed up to the hospital, and I made him leave 1.) After what what happen to my oldest daughter, at the hands of Ft. Jackson, SC CID SA Williams, CID SA Williams wasn't getting their hands on my youngest daughter, 2.) My youngest daughter deserved a female investigator from the local authorities, and she was denied a basic right for r**e victims. 3.) Conflict of interest; the same male investigator should have not came to the hospital to try to start an investigation. We did everything right! My youngest finally told her traumatic secret, she used her voice in a counseling session; we self reported to the SC state abuse hotline and when to the hospital as reported to do so; CID is still playing the psychological warfare with our family.

I talk about Reactive Attachment Disorder/Development Trauma Disorder, adoption, mental and behavioral health, falsely accused/wrongfully convicted, juvenile on juvenile sexual assault/r**e and Juvenile on Juvenile sibling in**st sexual assault and r**e. DHHS has been lacking any responsibility from CPS, and corruption from top to bottom.
