Every massage therapist has their own style. But these are some basics you can - SHOULD - count on during your first massage. Communication is key! And if any massage therapist tries to argues any of these, they're probably not someone you want to be seeing. It's not about finding out how massage works. It's about finding someone who works with you. 💛
