Although the Midwinter Healing Arts Festival was a couple of weeks ago, I’m still so grateful to have been part of it. I met so many amazing practitioners, some teaching and practicing modalities I had honestly never even heard of before, and I learned so much just from talking with them! I also met so many genuinely kind people and it reminded me how special this community is 🥰

As a brand new massage therapist and someone who isn’t originally from this area, it meant a lot to feel welcomed and inspired like that. I’m really grateful to be building roots here and to be surrounded by people who are so passionate about healing and helping others!

AND I pulled one card that day and it was The Great Gathering so if that’s not a sign then I don’t know what is! ✨

I recently had the chance to massage my 92 year old nana, and it was a really meaningful experience for me. Sharing that kind of quiet, intentional care with her felt really special. She was convinced she wouldn’t fall asleep… I’ll let you guess how that went 😂

Moments like this remind me why I was drawn to this work in the first place. Not for anything fancy, but for the simple ability to help someone feel more comfortable, supported, and cared for. I’m so grateful I got to share that with her 🤍

I had my very first session this past Sunday, and it truly couldn't have gone any better! I’m so grateful to be working in this beautiful space at Four Bodies Community Wellness Center and thankful to Maggie for trusting me to use her room.
