Another great review for our team

We are proud of the care our staff provides every day, and it means a lot when patients notice the extra effort. Katie always takes the time to find the right exercises for each individual, and Jill goes above and beyond to help make scheduling work, even when life gets busy.

At Reform, we know recovery is not one size fits all. It takes flexibility, listening, and a team that truly cares.

Thank you for trusting us with your care. 🧡💙

Happy Birthday to Delaney, our Clinical Supervisor at the Freeport clinic!

Delaney leads with steadiness, compassion, and a calm confidence that patients and staff feel the moment they walk through the door. She brings a thoughtful, supportive approach to every session and every team member — and her commitment to patient care is a big part of what makes the Freeport clinic feel so welcoming.

We’re grateful for everything Delaney brings to Reform. Here’s to a year ahead filled with growth, joy, and all the good things she genuinely deserves.

Happy first day of spring! 🧡💙

As the weather starts to warm up here in Maine, many people jump right into yard work, walking, running, and outdoor projects. After a long winter, your muscles and joints may not be ready for all that activity at once, which is why this time of year we often see an increase in back pain, knee pain, and shoulder injuries.

Ease back into activity, stretch before and after, and listen to your body. If something does not feel right, physical therapy can help you stay active without making things worse.

Reform Physical Therapy is here to help you move better, feel stronger, and enjoy the season pain free.

Another happy patient at our Yarmouth clinic

We love hearing feedback like this, especially when it highlights the personalized care our team works so hard to provide every day. Nat takes a thoughtful, one-on-one approach with each patient, and Nina does an amazing job helping people navigate scheduling and insurance so the focus can stay on recovery.

Our goal is always the same. Listen first, create a plan that fits the individual, and help people get back to doing what they love.

If you are looking for physical therapy that feels personal, supportive, and never rushed, our Yarmouth team is here to help. 💙🧡

Tired of feeling like just another number in a big corporate PT chain? At Reform, we are proud to be different.

Reform Physical Therapy is currently hiring Physical Therapists in Topsham, Brunswick, Yarmouth, South Portland, and Eliot due to continued growth across our clinics.

We are a locally owned, independent practice, so our clinics are run by physical therapists, not a corporate office. That means MORE support, BETTER mentorship, and a work environment where you are actually part of a TEAM. New grads are encouraged to apply, and you will work side by side with experienced clinical supervisors who are in the clinic treating every day.

Why PTs choose Reform:
• One-on-one care every visit
• No techs, no aides, no double booking
• Clinical supervisors who treat alongside you
• Student loan reimbursement available
• Real work life balance
• Independent, non-corporate, locally owned practice
• Voted Best Physical Therapy Clinic in the 207 FOUR YEARS in a ROW

We are proud of the culture we have built and we are always excited to meet PTs who want to grow their career in a supportive environment.

Send your resume or message us to learn more about joining the Reform team. 🧡💙

We are at Husson University this morning for the Career Fair connecting with the next generation of physical therapists!

Branden George, PT, DPT, Clinical Supervisor of our Topsham clinic, Christina Levesque Monroe, PT, DPT, Clinical Supervisor of our Brunswick clinic, and Brittany Hutchings, Marketing Supervisor, are representing Reform Physical Therapy and talking with students about careers in outpatient PT, mentorship opportunities, and what makes our one-on-one care model different.

We love meeting future PTs and sharing what it’s like to work for a growing, woman-owned company that continues to expand across Maine. If you are at the fair today, be sure to stop by and say hello!

Happy Birthday to Christina Monroe, our Clinical Supervisor in Brunswick — and what lucky timing, celebrating right on St. Patrick’s Day!

Christina brings so much heart, leadership, and steady support to our Brunswick clinic. Her patients feel lucky to have her guiding their care, and our team feels just as lucky to have her leading with compassion, experience, and genuine kindness.

Did you know you do not need a doctor’s referral to start physical therapy in Maine? This is called Direct Access, and it allows you to see a physical therapist sooner so you can start feeling better faster.

Physical therapy can help with back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, joint pain, balance issues, post-surgery recovery, pelvic health, and more.

Most patients can schedule right away without a referral. However, some insurance plans, such as certain HMOs, may still require one. Our team is always happy to check your benefits and help you get started.

At Reform Physical Therapy, you will work one on one with a licensed physical therapist at every visit. No techs, no aides, just personalized care focused on your recovery.
