We have had a wonderful time here in Spain and we are headed back to Elizabeth City for the fall until the New Year.

I have missed our special little yoga community and have carried those memories and moments of mindfulness and peace that we shared together with such joy and gratitude.

We will have a few Friday Night Flow sessions at Seven Sounds Brewing Company. If you are like me and have gotten a bit off track over summer break this can be a way to FALL🍁 back in love with your yoga practice 🧘 or a great way to discover or try yoga for the first time!

Either way, there is no experience required, just the urge to cultivate peace and to move your body.

August and September schedule is up! Excited to get back to it!

New schedule will be every other SUNDAY at 2pm. Hopefully this helps with those busy Saturday schedules we all have and we can have a little something to eat before yoga so that we are not all famished after class!😁 we still love our snacks afterwards though and company 😂

Bring your friends, family, anyone! Everyone is welcome at Everybody Yoga.

We are back at Seven Sounds in July!! The July dates are on Sundays bc of a packed summer schedule but we will move back to every other Saturday for the fall😁

I hope that everyone is having an awesome summer and can’t wait to be back on our mats together!

Also, in August we will pick back up program and that will be Wednesdays

Kicking off summer break after yoga! Thanks Hank for the pizza and thanks everyone for being so awesome! We will keep our yoga going on and off the mat this summer and meet back for classes in July😁❤️
