At Tarheel Pharmacy we are like family, so it is with sad but joyous hearts we get to the announce the retirement of one of our favorite employees. This will be Veronica‘s last week with us. Her last day will be this Friday, July 11th and then she will be off to spend more time with family. Please stop by to wish her well and give her the proper sendoff she deserves.

We’re Hiring!

We are looking for a friendly personality to join our team whose primary duties will be to handle customer transactions and operate the cash register. Other duties will include greeting and assisting customers, answering the phone and forwarding calls, keeping the front end shelves well stocked and clean, counting the money in the cash drawer, and processing account payments.

This is a part-time position with a starting pay of $9.00/hr.

Though the models vary greatly, our area is now under a Winter Storm Warning with increasing confidence that we will see some winter precipitation beginning sometime tomorrow into Thursday.
We are open normal hours today (Tuesday 2/18) and will open as scheduled tomorrow (Wednesday 2/19) at 9:00AM. We will continue to monitor road conditions as this storm enters our area and will remain open as long as possible, but will likely close early to ensure our staff and patients remain safe.
If road conditions continue to be unsafe Thursday 2/20, it may be necessary to have a delay in our opening, or remain closed. We will continue to post updates here. Stay warm, stay safe, and let us know if we can help with any prescription needs before this storm arrives.
