🚨 Public Service Announcement 🚨
Let me make this loud and clear for everyone—especially for those in the back:
I am a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist and a healthcare professional. I worked extremely hard to earn my credentials and build my practice. My office is a place of healing, professionalism, and respect—not a venue for inappropriate or illegal requests.
Recently, someone reached out for a massage and then attempted to solicit s*x. This behavior is disgusting, unacceptable, and illegal. From this point forward:
Any individual who solicits s*x from me, my guests, my colleagues, or my students will be immediately reported to law enforcement.
Solicitation of prostitution is a crime in North Carolina, and I will fully document and report all incidents to the police.
My practice has zero tolerance for harassment.
Massage therapy is legitimate healthcare. Sexual harassment or solicitation toward massage therapists is harmful, degrading, and will not be tolerated.
To my clients, colleagues, and students: thank you for respecting the integrity of this profession. To anyone who thinks otherwise: you will face consequences

The season is a little over three weeks away and we need the community's help. With players arriving on May 24, we have an urgent need to finalize host families this week. So if you've been waiting to sign up - this is the week. YOU - our community and fans - are the key to a successful season!

Host families receive free season tickets for their household and special recognition on Host Family Appreciation night.

The guys only need a bed to lay their head in, access to a washer and dryer, and a place to make food. Host families are not required to provide food or transportation.

A special thank you to those of you who have already reached out and volunteered for the coming season! We truly can't do this without you.

1️⃣ Place your hand on the opposite shoulder.
2️⃣ Gently squeeze and knead the muscles in a circular motion.
3️⃣ Work your way from your neck to the outer edge of your shoulder.
4️⃣ Repeat on the other side.

Bonus: Pair this with deep breaths for maximum relaxation. 😌✨
