Target 4- Region 4 Target 4 is a community outreach project whose goal is HIV and Hepatitis C case identification and prevention.

Our services include, but are not limited to: Free HIV and Hepatitis C testing, linkage to care, and Harm Reduction Education. Locations:

When I say today was a good (busy) day at the Health and Wellness/Expungement Clinic hosted by Goodwill Works Elizabethtown, they even caught me hard at work (look closely at the picture 😂) educating clients on safer s*x practices and screening those eligible for free HIV/HCV testing.
