Therapy is about finding your way back to yourself.
In my work, I focus on helping clients heal from trauma, anxiety, and emotional wounds using approaches like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems).
These methods help you process the past, build inner safety, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been carrying too much for too long.

Healing isn’t about “fixing” who you are — it’s about coming home to yourself. 💛
