For the past year or so, I’ve been hiding behind this computer writing and preparing to PUBLISH MY FIRST BOOK! 🥹

Since 2018, I’ve been coaching others on my flexible approach to intermittent fasting. I knew it was time to collect the systems I’ve created and organize them into a book so I can continue sharing the message.

Writing and self-publishing a full size non-fiction book is a huge undertaking for anyone, and even more of a challenge for a team of one with ADHD.

I’m so proud to be here in this moment, preparing to publish in late January or early February. We’re in the final stages of formatting and cover design. I can’t wait for you to read ‘Not So Fast’ when it’s ready! 🙌

Did you know that fasting helps you get into ketosis without eating a keto diet? Fasting and Keto are two of the most popular, effective ways to lose excess body fat and optimize brain health.

Sometimes you're better off addressing a snacking habit before diving into intermittent fasting. You might be caught in a relentless habit of answering dopamine urges with food 🤤

Why not start with just 12 hour fasts and work on breaking the snacking habit first? Even if you stick to three meals a day, it's a great place to start, and you'll be less hungry simply by reducing your snacks!

Still hungry? You probably need more protein. Increase your intake of animal protein and you'll experience less hunger between meals...it's a fact that's been proven time and time again in the scientific literature 💪
