Vial of Life - California Northstate University These vials will contain important prescription and health information that can be easily accessed by health personnel in the case of an emergency.

This project provides FREE medical information baggies/vials that are to be stored in the patient’s home and can be readily accessed during a medical emergency. California Northstate University, College of Pharmacy is promoting continuity of care and patient safety through endorsement and participation in the nation-wide project, “Vial of Life.”
