Meet Candace Thor, LCSW!
Candace works with teens and adults as they navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, school stress, life transitions, and skill development.
Her approach to therapy is rooted in a person-centered, strengths-based philosophy, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
