Hiring DSPs in Elk Grove, Ca.
We’re a newly opened Adult Residential Facility (ARF) looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team! Our Level 6, 3-resident home in Elk Grove is just getting started, and we need dependable, caring people to help us build something great.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Assisting residents with daily activities, personal care, and outings
✅ Supporting behavior plans and keeping a safe, structured environment
✅ Being a positive and reliable part of their daily lives
What We’re Looking For:
• No experience? No problem! Starting pay is $17/hr
• Got experience? We’ll start you at $18/hr
• Must be 18+ and pass a background check
• Current health screening & TB clearance required
• CPR/First Aid is a plus (or be willing to get it)
• Full-time & part-time positions available
