Last week, we were proud to celebrate Cardiac Rehabilitation Week and recognize the incredible impact our team has on the health and well-being of our community.

The Cardiac Rehabilitation program helps patients recover stronger after heart attacks, heart surgery, and other cardiac events. Through personalized exercise plans, education, and ongoing support, our team empowers patients to rebuild strength, regain confidence, and reduce their risk of future heart problems.

A special thank you to our cardiac rehab participants—your dedication, resilience, and commitment are truly inspiring, and it is an honor to be part of your recovery journey!
