I have been teaching yoga professionally for 15 years, and have received extensive training from a variety of teachers and yoga styles. My certifications are from Beryl Bender Birch, but I have also studied with Baron Baptiste and Bill Raup. Power Vinyasa Yoga is my preferred method, but I teach classes for all levels. The beginner as well as the advanced practitioner will feel comfortable in my classes. Please feel free to ask any questions concerning your personal yoga practice! If I do not know the answer, I will certainly be able to point you in the right direction. In addition to my current teaching schedule, I am available for private or semi private lessons.
