Please be advised that Serenity Health Elkton will be closing early at 12:00 PM on Monday, 04/13/2026, and will be closed on Tuesday, 04/14/2026.

✅ If you are returning to treatment early, you must bring all previously provided doses with you and dose in front of nursing.

We will reopen on Wednesday, 04/15/2026 at 5:00 AM.

Please plan ahead and contact the clinic if you have any questions.
