Flori is a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), as well as the EMDR International Association.

Trauma can leave deep emotional scars that sometimes lurk under the surface for years. Infidelity rocks the very foundation of your relationship and your sense of self. Whether you’re the one who was betrayed or the one who strayed, the emotional fallout can be devastating. While you might think of recovery from infidelity as a step-by-step process, the reality is much messier.

Healing rarely follows a predictable timeline. There are ups, downs, setbacks, and breakthroughs—and that’s okay.
