Next week I’ll be away at Asheville Yoga Center for Rekindling the Flame: A 5-Day Yoga Teacher Tune-Up with Michael Johnson. This immersion presents an opportunity to refresh my teaching skills and deepen my personal practice with AYC’s longest-serving and most seasoned teachers.
