A sound bath is a wonderful way to release stress and anxiety and drop into a state of deep, restorative rest. I know I am looking forward to taking time to slow down and dive deep into a world of rest, relaxation, and sound. Even though I am still "doing" when I facilitate sound baths, I find it to be incredibly meditative and centering.

Co-Founder & Resident DJ will offer a delicious live DJ set of Ecstatic Dance accompanied by Co-Founder & Ceremonialist as MC.

This is 40! Rolling into the new year and my next rotation around the sun with intention, love, joy, gratitude, grief, community, partnership, presence, and did I mention gratitude? I really need to find a better word than "grateful", because that doesn't seem to cover the depth of what I feel for my life and all of the wonderful beings that share in it alongside me.
