"I AM NOT PEOPLING WELL."

Did you know you have "social batteries?" Every day, we live, work, and interact with people. We also sense and emit personal energies... and these energies can wear us down physically and emotionally.

When we find ourselves becoming irritated, exasperated, or simply exhausted with social interactions, then it is time to practice self care.

How do we do this? We simply retreat to a place without electronics, where we can breathe, practice mindfulness, body scan and find our stress ponts, then relax with conscious breathing.

When people make unreasonable demands of our time as tgey work through their issues, it is ok to establish boundaries and say, "Right now, I am making some quiet time for myself. Let's circle back later today or tomorrow."

When people consider preparing for emergencies, they focus on food, meds, survival gear, water, and bugging out.

What is overlooked are vitamins and mineral supplements to enhance nutrition, maintain immunity, and provide necessary physical and mental energy.

In this scenario, people try to buy cheap and stock up, but from this Doc's perspective - cheap is not the way to go.

People don't need to carry multiple bottles in a crisis situation. Unit dose is best.

They don't need to buy inferior supplements that have additives, synthetic vitamins and minerals, or gluten / gluten derivatives. Non GMO and Gluten Free is best.

This chart lists the 14 major pharmaceutical companies that control 95% of the vitamin industry. Of these companies, ALL of them have foreign or Asian investors. And as of 2018... It must be planted and nurtured through a balance of lifestyle / stress, diet and habits, activities and rest, resiliency and mindset, spirituality, finances, community, and environment.

When even one of these is out of balance, our autonomic nervous systems can be affected and we can develop chronic pain from Stress or other stress-based health conditions.

"The Cost of Illness vs. The Price of Wellness," by Dr. Ruth.

Today, we had a beautiful soul walk into our office off the street. She was in pain. We had time to see her and did the normal health history... and we learned that she was allergic to gluten per IgE blood testing.

Her level of inflammation was off the scale, and when we reviewed her diet, she told us that she was unwilling to stop eating grains and gluten. It "tasted too good," and it was what she "could afford."

We treated her with natural and drug free therapies, and she made follow up appointments to see our massage therapist... And the end result was that she left happy, but knew she would be in pain again. She said that for her, the cost of illness was less than the price of wellness and at her age it was easier to get fixed rather than finding root cause.

What would be some great, low cost suggestions for her meals, that did not include gluten?
