2025, what a year. ✨
From caring for our patients, to continuing education in San Antonio, to returning to Life University, speaking at women’s wellness events, growing connections with more women chiropractors through mentorship, and coaching athletes to break records and advance to state. This year was full of growth, service, and purpose.
We’re grateful for every moment, every connection, and every milestone.

It doesn’t take force to adjust the body and nervous system.
It takes precision, education, and the ability to truly listen and understand what your body is communicating.

As chiropractors, we’re trained to assess and adjust with specificity and intention. We’re educated as primary care physicians. Chiropractors undergo years of rigorous study: our education in anatomy, neurology, physiology, and diagnostics is comparable to that of medical primary care physicians. 📚🧠

The size of the chiropractor is irrelevant.

It takes extensive education, clinical training, and the ability to listen deeply to what your body is communicating for chiropractors to adjust vertebral subluxations.

So, women chiropractors (or any chiropractors) are NOT “too small”, “too big”, or “too whatever” to adjust you. We are highly trained, deeply in tune, and more than capable.

I loved this book! Not an easy read but worth it.

As I say at N-LINE Health, “It feels good to feel good.” Feeling good starts on the inside before being outward. This is the type of healing approach used in chiropractic and the type of healing Brianna Weis addresses in this book.

This is a great summer book because a lot of us have more time to invest in and be with ourselves. This book helps you address your life “mountains” and does so in an eloquently unavoidable (aka real) way.

Change and transformation to get to where you want to be is not easy. But, reading a book like this is a beautiful place to begin.

It is Black History Month! 👏🏾

To celebrate we are doing a live IG chat where we discuss the importance of having minority providers in healthcare. Having a diverse healthcare system impacts us all.

Dr. N and Ymani will discuss their experiences of being African-American women healthcare providers and the significance of black chiropractors and doulas.
