Here’s how it works:

Night 1–2:
You’re overstimulated, touched out, and just trying to survive bedtime.
You run your hands under cold water and think… this is dumb.

Night 3–4:
You notice your body slow down slightly.
Your voice is a little calmer.
You react a little less.

Night 5–6:
Bedtime still isn’t perfect…but you’re not snapping at every delay, question, or meltdown.

Night 7:
You realize it’s not about the water. It’s about interrupting your nervous system before the chaos starts.

Because bedtime isn’t just about your kids regulating…it’s about you walking in regulated.

If you’re serious about getting through the hardest parts of the day without losing it, my 5-Minute Mom Rage Toolkit is ready for you 🔥

Grateful to have been in the room for the Tea & Tech event, surrounded by women who are truly shaping the parenting + motherhood space.

We had honest conversations about teens, social media, and what it’s actually doing to their mental health…beyond the headlines.

It felt important, real, and like the kind of dialogue that needs to keep happening.

Hoping this is just the beginning of being part of these conversations in a bigger way!

Also… can we please talk about the NY Meta Honey gelato made in house from hives on the roof? Okay Meta…I see you 🐝 🍨

•Eat before you hit the 5pm crash (hanger = rage)
•Drink water earlier in the day, not just when you’re already fried
•Build in 5 minutes of quiet before bedtime chaos starts
•Stop expecting patience when your nervous system is already maxed out
•Lower the bar at night (this alone changes everything)
•Add a transition between “day mode” and “mom mode”
•Get ahead of overstimulation before it hits (not after)
•Regulate your body first - your mindset comes second

👉 These will help… but we also need to get deeper. Because your triggers, your patterns, and your nervous system responses? That’s the real work.

I didn’t “fix” my rage. I stopped doing the things that were fueling it.

Comment “CALM” and I’ll show you how I did it.

For me, that looked like:

• Not skipping meals + running on empty → your nervous system will revolt
• Not ignoring overstimulation → it doesn’t go away, it builds
• Not waiting until I’m already yelling → regulation has to happen earlier
• Not carrying everything alone → support isn’t optional, it’s necessary
• Not normalizing daily explosions → just because it’s common doesn’t mean it’s inevitable

Most mom rage isn’t random.
It’s a nervous system that’s been pushed past its limit…on repeat.

If you want to stop going from calm → 0 to 100 every night, I made something for you.

You’re not a different person at night. You’re a depleted one.

If you’re patient all day and then lose it at bedtime, here’s why:

1️⃣ You haven’t met your own basic needs. Barely ate, barely drank water, no real break.

2️⃣ You’re overstimulated. Noise, touch, questions ALL DAY, no pause.

3️⃣ You’re outside your window of tolerance. You’re not overreacting. you’re maxed out.

4️⃣ The mental load is heavy. You’ve been thinking for everyone all day.

5️⃣ You’ve been putting yourself last. Pushing through…until you can’t.

This isn’t a patience problem. It’s a capacity problem.

If you’re done ending your nights feeling guilty and overwhelmed, comment “LINK” and I’ll show you how to do it.
