The number 1 most important factor in improving memory is NOVELTY! You must try new things, visit new places, meet new people, learn new skills, start new habits, take new courses, learn a new language, learn how to play an instrument, learn a new dance, join new groups, make a new meal, try a new art, take a new route, listen to new music, taste new foods, date a new person, read a new genre, play a new game, try a new challenge etc. Also important is movement, food, water, sun, sleep, rest, work, charity, love, passion, purpose, and lastly stress reduction.
