So this is something I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ABOUT ACROYOGA! The close friendships that form from playing with each other 💗 Through hard times and good times I have always felt supported and uplifted after an Acro session. I have always left feeling better then when I started. And I don’t use the word always lightly.

Would you like to join us for some fun, connection and creativity in the Dominican Republic this Sept? We would love to have you! Kathy Gade and I will be teaching the AcroYoga classes and Rachel Baker will be teaching handstands daily 🤸🏽‍♂️
