BAMBU YOGA AND ROOTED NUTRITION CENTER -HOLISTIC WELLNESS IN EMMAUS
Angie Fenstermaker and Stacy Hein know more than a little bit about yoga and wellness. They each had launched their own yoga studios in the past-Hein's Tribe Yoga in Fogelsville and Fenstermaker's Yoga Tone Studios in Emmaus-but when their paths crossed, they say they developed a "harmonious partnership that emphasizes a holistic approach to wellness, integrating nutrition, traditional yoga and strength training." The result of that partnership, Bambu Yoga and Rooted Nutrition Center, opened in late winter in Emmaus as an all-in-one answer to whole-body wellness.
Fenstermaker and Hein offer traditional yoga classes—Ashtanga, yin and gentle—as well as strength training classes, and they host holistic workshops, trainings and events based on nutrition, weight management and mindfulness.
Bambu and Rooted's intimate studio space and small class sizes set them apart from typical high-volume studios, allowing their clients to truly connect with their bodies and embrace wellness.
“We prioritize mindful self-awareness over fleeting trends, fostering a safe environment where individuals can cultivate a fulfilling and joyful life,' Fenstermaker says. "This makes our community an ideal choice for those seeking a compassionate space for transtormation rather than mere v a place to exercise.”
