Guided Journey, Inc I am an End of Life Doula or End of Life Guide. I walk with patients through the end of life. My name is Mindy Lewison, and I am an End of Life Guide.

This means I walk with patients and families through the last days of the patient's llife. I continue to walk with the family after their loved one passes. I can help tie up loose ends, help plan funeral/memorial, make family phone calls, return durable equipment to home health care, and I do work in conjunction with hospice. I fill in the holes that hospice leaves behind. My greatest wish is to be able to walk you "home." I will be there, bearing witness.
