Lupita didn’t need more motivation. She needed a routine she could actually feel confident in.
Before, the hardest part wasn’t effort — it was the mental load:
“What should I do?” “How much?” “Is this even the right thing?”

And that feeling of not wanting to waste time doing the wrong things can keep you stuck forever. Her turning point was getting structure she could stick to and learning nutrition in a way that actually empowered her to make healthier decisions without overthinking every meal.

Her “boring but powerful” habit: logging food + weekend meal prep so weekdays didn’t turn into chaos.

20+ lbs down, muscle built, and a routine she owns.

🎁 Tip from Lupita’s journey:
If you feel overwhelmed, win the week on the weekend.

✅ Pick 2–3 go-to meals
✅ Prep your protein + one carb option
✅ Keep “emergency” healthy options ready (Greek yogurt, deli meat, microwave rice, frozen veggies)

Structure beats willpower every time.
🎁 Be on the lookout for our New Year special — we’re opening up something for people who are 𝙙𝙤𝙣𝙚 guessing and 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 to finally follow a plan that works.

Jamie could always get himself in shape… but nutrition was the missing piece.
He didn’t just want to lose weight — he wanted to keep muscle and strength while doing it.

The turning point was seeing it happen in real time: 25 lbs down while holding onto muscle and strength.

Not by “eating clean”… but by logging, adjusting, and actually paying attention to how specific changes affected his body.

🎁 Tip from Jamie’s journey:
If you want to lose fat without losing muscle:

✅ keep protein high
✅ don’t slash calories into the ground
✅ keep lifting heavy-ish and progressing something

Fat loss should feel controlled — not like you’re falling apart.

Ryne’s a dad and a videographer — which means a lot of his “work day” is sitting, editing, and being locked into a screen.

He used to work out all the time… but when life got busy, the structure disappeared — and with it, the energy and the feeling of “I actually feel good in my body.”

His biggest struggle wasn’t effort. He had a plan to build muscle that fit his schedule, plus the accountability on nutrition, so the body fat didn’t keep creeping up.

The turning point was simple: he started seeing the muscle he wanted showing up again — and that’s when the momentum hit.

His habit that made it work: never missing workouts and letting me push him in sessions so we built muscle in the right places (instead of just sweating and hoping).

And the cool part? The scale didn’t tell the story. Ryne didn’t drop a ton of weight — he had a legit recomp: replacing body fat with muscle.

🎁 Tip from Ryne’s journey:
If the scale isn’t moving, don’t assume you’re failing. Check the recomp scoreboards:

✅ Strength going up (reps/weight)
✅ Progress pics (same lighting)
✅ Waist measurements
✅ How you look/feel in shirts and jeans

Muscle gain + fat loss can happen at the same time — and the scale can be the last thing to catch up.

Josh always struggled with weight loss, and it started messing with his confidence.

The biggest issue wasn’t effort — it was not knowing what to do in the gym for his body or how to make solid food choices without overthinking.

Once he had a nutrition protocol that fit his schedule + a clear workout setup, it clicked.

35+ lbs down, and he built real habits around meal prep + training.

🎁 Tip from Josh’s journey:
If you’re overwhelmed, simplify:

✅ Repeat 2–3 go-to meals
✅ Repeat the same lifts for 8–12 weeks
✅ Track something (food or workouts), so you’re not guessing

Samantha dealt with constant lower back pain when exercising and still wanted to lose weight.
While the scale dropped down (Like a huge drop)… what really kept her going was learning not to panic when it didn’t.

Because there were weeks where the scale stalled — and instead of spiraling, she started looking at the other scoreboards: consistency, strength in the gym, how her body looked/fit, and how she felt.

She’s stayed consistent: 3 days/week in the gym, flexibility with food, while still tackling nutrition goals.

64 lbs down total.

🎁 Tip from Samantha’s journey:
If you only track scale weight, you’ll quit early.

Also track:
✅ progress photos (same lighting)
✅ measurements
✅ strength or reps

Because sometimes your body changes before the scale does.

Lily had tried all kinds of things to lose weight… but keeping it off was the hard part.

She needed something that fit mom life + school without draining her. Once she had a plan that supported progress and her gut health (without adding more stress), she started winning.
Her biggest habit: tracking food even on “not perfect” days.

Down 10 lbs, less bloating, building muscle — all while balancing school and being a mom.

🎁 Tip from Lily’s journey (sleep/energy):
If you’re busy, a lot of your energy comes from the night before, not more caffeine tomorrow.

✅ pick a “bedtime routine” you can repeat (2–3 simple steps that allow you to wind down)
✅ get off your phone 20–30 min before bed when you can
✅ Even 30–60 minutes more sleep can make workouts + nutrition feel way easier the next day (Especially as a busy mom and/or student)
