✨Ireland cracks me open every time

The healing that happens here isn’t always gentle, it’s wild, earthy, and honest.

It’s the kind that humbles you with rain-soaked hikes, animal encounters, ancient stones, and unexpected soul connections.

Every time I step foot on this land, I’m reminded that healing isn’t just light, it’s raw and real.

Travel moves me. Nature steadies me. The sacred sites stir something deep.

This country roots me into the earth in ways I’ve never experienced before.

Weaving between worlds as a sister, daughter, lover, sound healer, traveler, ceremonialist, and flight attendant has taught me presence. And presence, I’m learning, is the portal 🌿🌀
