☀️Summit at Sea was so magical ☀️
I am so grateful for this life and for the chance to share what I genuinely love to do. As we stepped onto this vessel, surrounded by endless blue water, and smiling faces, it felt like entering a space where something special was already unfolding.
Being immersed in a community that shows up with so much heart in every interaction is something I don’t take for granted. There was an energy you felt instantly—alive, expansive, and carried forward by every conversation and every person who contributed to it.
Everything about this experience reflected a deep commitment to growth, curiosity, and learning from one another. It’s rare, and it’s powerful.
Thank you for giving me the space to share my passion with this community. It was truly an honor I hope to contribute to for years to come. You’ve created something incredibly special.

This week’s astrology is loud, fast, and impossible to ignore ⚡️🔥
We’re still riding the aftermath of that New Moon stellium in Aries — a reset that didn’t whisper, it ignited. If something started recently, trust that it’s meant to move quickly.

She began her yoga journey almost 20 years ago which has included working with prenatal women and new mothers, owning a successful yoga studio in the NW, writing and running Embody Truth Yoga School, creating Youth and Girls Elevate (a yoga program for middle and high school adolescents), facilitating Moon Circles, and leading workshops, trainings and retreats around the world.
