Healing Hearts offers a teen group every Wednesday evening from 6-7pm. Anyone between the ages is 12-18 is welcome to join. We never force anyone to participate and it’s a safe space for the teens to be themselves and be heard. Their wisdom, advice and insights never cease to amaze me. Each week, we come up with a teen related topic and activity but allow the structure to flow in a teen centered way. Come try teen group and make some good friends!

If you didn’t know, Healing Hearts Counseling Services offers neurotherpay which is non invasive and useful for many ailments. Clients do not experience any negative physical sensations, but rather, they benefit from the calming effects that aid in regulating psychological states. Neurotherpay is an effective treatment option for various conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and pain management.
