This is a great question, and a really important one!

The short answer is yes, in many cases a facelift that didn’t turn out as expected can be improved. That said, revision surgery is usually more complex than the first procedure.

It takes a careful look at what was done, how everything healed, and what can be safely adjusted to bring things back into balance and looking natural.

No two situations are the same, which is why a personalized, thoughtful approach matters. If something doesn’t feel quite right, it’s always worth having the conversation. Feel free to send me a DM!

Upper eyelid heaviness is often caused by excess skin, and an upper blepharoplasty is designed to address exactly that.

In this procedure, we carefully remove excess skin (and sometimes a small amount of fat) to restore a more defined eyelid crease and open up the eye area. This can improve not only appearance, but in some cases even peripheral vision. 👁️

When you’re lying flat overnight, fluid can settle in the face. But once you’re up, moving around, and upright, that fluid starts to redistribute, and the swelling gradually improves as the day goes on.

It’s a normal part of the healing process… even if your mirror first thing in the morning tries to convince you otherwise.

If you have any other questions about post-op recovery, I'm happy to answer them for you. Just send me a DM!

This is a great example of why we love combining a tummy tuck with liposuction to address multiple concerns at once.

The tummy tuck removes excess skin and tightens the abdominal muscles, while liposuction sculpts and refines the surrounding areas for a smoother, more contoured result.

It’s a bit like tailoring— one step creates the structure, the other fine-tunes the shape. Together, they create a result that looks balanced and natural!

For a lot of men, fullness in the chest doesn’t always go away with diet and workouts alone. And it’s far more common than most people realize.

The good news? There are very effective ways to create a flatter, more defined chest by addressing both excess fat and underlying tissue. The goal is a smooth, natural-looking contour that helps you feel like yourself again. 😁

Suspense? Check. Plot twists? Check. Intense stares at each other from across the office? Double check. ✅

If you're feeling a little tight after a tummy tuck, don't panic! That’s actually very normal.

During the procedure, we tighten the abdominal muscles and remove excess skin. That combination creates a smoother, flatter contour— but it also means the area can feel snug as your body adjusts.

The good news is that this sensation improves as you heal and your tissues relax over time. 👍

The size implants that patients regret most? The one they chose based on a number instead of their body.

Cup sizes aren’t standardized, and 300cc on one person can look completely different on someone else. What really matters is proportion— your frame, your chest width, your existing tissue.

When implants are chosen to fit you, not just to be bigger, that’s when patients are happiest long-term. 😁

For this patient, we combined neck liposuction with Renuvion to address both fullness and skin laxity. Liposuction removes the excess fat, helping define the jawline, while Renuvion uses controlled energy to tighten the skin for a smoother, more refined contour.

On their own, each can help get you closer to your goals. But together, they create a more complete, balanced result!

Surgery day tends to come with a lot of unknowns, and for most patients, that’s the most nerve-wracking part.

In reality, the morning is very structured, calm, and centered around making sure you feel prepared every step of the way.

From the moment you arrive, our team is focused on your comfort, your safety, and making sure everything is exactly as planned before we begin. 😁
