My 1 year transformation.
November 2020 (200 lbs):
-No energy & no motivation
-Endless cycle of procrastination, wasting hours on video games, no focus at all.
-Man b***s, belly fat I could grab with my entire hand, feeling weak
-NO SELF CONFIDENCE! I thought I couldnât achieve anything.
-Feeling disappointed with myself.
-Eating too much, and too little, no plan. Restricted way too much food
-Dreamed of being strong and fit but always failing to keep the promises I made to myself
-Felt embarrassed to have my shirt off and always had a shirt on around other people.
June 2021 (185 lbs):
-I work out CONSISTENTLY, maintaining a lean body
-I EAT WHATEVER FOOD I WANT & Believe in no âbadâ foods lifestyle
-SELF CONFIDENCE, feeling like I can accomplish anything
-I am more FOCUSED, more PRODUCTIVE and have more time for family/ friends.
-Dedicated to helping others transform their bodies, regain their confidence, and build healthy habits to last a lifetime!
What Helped Me!
1. Consistency
Without any structured plan or constant dedication to the process, YOU will never reach your fitness goals.
Transformation happens over time; this is a marathon not a sprint!
I created a habit in my routine to workout 5 days a week. This comes without question, no matter how âbusyâ I am, my workout will get done!
2. Nutrition
âGoodâ foods and âBadâ foods donât exist. You donât have to restrict yourself to all the foods on the planet to lose weight⌠actually you probably arenât benefiting anything yourself from eating boiled chicken and broccoli.
Knowing macronutrients (Protein, Carbohydrates, and Fats) in foods allows you to be flexible in what you eat by knowing what to eat more of and what you should eat less of.
THIS MEANS NO MORE FAD DIETS!
3. Accountability
This is a tough journey to go through alone. Needless to say, we all have our downfalls and donât always want to do what is needed to reach our goals.
Thatâs where accountability comes in, when I feel down or tired, maybe too sore to workout. I reach out to my accountability partners, and they help keep me on the right track to reaching my goals.

Keep that head up and keep pushing! Be FEARLESS in all the things you do. Never give up because nobody ever got what they wanted by quitting on themselves!
