Do you agree? I’ve got to say my dogs fidget A LOT!!
A recent study suggests that women may sleep better when sharing their bed with a dog rather than with a human partner or a cat. Researchers at Canisius College found that women reported feeling more comfortable and secure, and experienced less disturbed sleep when sleeping next to a dog. The study also indicated that dogs were less likely to wake their owners during the night compared to humans or cats.
